November 2010 — "My wife and I received a gift certificate for Jubilations and thought we'd attend the show called "A Night at the Museum of Rock and Roll." We went on a Saturday night and usually this would have cost $150 for two people for a three-course meal and the show. Since just the two of us were going, we were surprised to see that we were seated at the same table with another couple. I guess next time we should go as a party of 4. They were nice enough, so it worked out. The theatre is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, probably well over 300 people were there. We were greeted by our server who was in character and it was amusing. We ordered some drinks and then were served some carrot soup and a salad. I found the salad to be disgusting but the soup was ok. For my main I chose to have the prime rib... it was cooked nicely but bland, in fact, everything was bland. I guess that's what you get when you are serving a few hundred people like that. I have allergies and I couldn't eat either of the desserts so I got ice cream, which was more ice than cream. The show itself was delightful and entertaining. The actors were all good singers and they really did some great impressions of some of rock and rolls greatest acts. What was the most impressive was how the actors would pretend to be wax figures - they stayed still for a very long time.
Overall the experience was fun. I think it was a little long since we were there for five hours from beginning to end. In fact, I was so tired afterwards I came home and went straight to bed!! Even though the food was nothing special, it was edible... and the service was ok except when they forgot to bring another round of drinks for an entire act. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, check out Jubilations... just make sure you don't go with just two people unless you like to dine with absolute strangers."

July 2010 — "For a birthday celebration, I went to the Jubilations Dinner Theater on 37 St.SW. The Dinner theater has both entertainment and yummy food for less than $50. I was utterly impressed by the price and the entertaining musical. After we are seated and grab a drink, we are given our first course - a salad and soup. They were pretty generous with their flavours and it was good, but a little saltier than I personally like. When I called in to make the reservations, they were very specific and sure to ask of any allergic reaction and they catered to my needs perfectly. And it was extra special because any time food came, I was the first to get fed. After our first course, the show began, the the first and second act. About an hour in, we were served the main course, option 1, prime rib 2. a chicken dish, 3. Maple Salmon and 4. for those vegetarians, a mushroom ravioli. I felt like it was alright. The dessert wasn't awesome, but a bite or two ends off the meal. "

November 2008 — "The performers at Jubilations Dinner Theatre also act as hosts, bartenders, and servers, making for a fully interactive experience.
On a recent visit, we were greeted at the door by one of the stars of the show CSI: Little Murder on the Prairie. She was in fine form, flirting with the males and gossiping with the ladies as she led us to our table. Within moments, another performer approached, offering cocktails and water while explaining our menu options. The program guide also acts as a dinner and cocktail menu and we could choose between prime rib, chicken, pasta, and fish for our main course. While we were waiting for our prime rib, we were served a rich bowl of creamy squash soup and a crisp, peppery salad. The lights dimmed just as we were tucking into our soup and we were treated to soulful renditions of modern country music, along with a playful and clever dialogue. The actors provided a farcical take on the hugely popular television series CSI to much laughter and applause.
During a break, the staff quite literally came sprinting out of the kitchen with trays of food. The prime rib was tender and juicy, with a savory au jus. The vegetables were somewhat chewy and tasteless, but the prime rib made up for this shortcoming.
As the show resumed, we were enthralled by the voices of the cast, who belted out hits from the Dixie Chicks and Brooks and Dunn.
By the time dessert arrived (a decadent double fudge cake) we were singing along and having a delightful time.
A word to the wise: if it's your birthday, you will end up on stage, performing silly dance steps with the actors.
Jubilations is not hoity-toity theatre. It's an interactive, grass roots experience and one made even more enjoyable by the good-natured performers. Just don't expect gourmet vegetables.

March 2007 — "I loved jubilations! I went to see "The Big Thrill", and even though I wasn't familiar with the movie that they were spoofing, I found it extremely entertaining. The actors/actresses are very good, and maintain character as they serve you food. Jubilations has a very personal atmosphere as it is smaller then other dinner theatres. It really is a great experience! (oh, and the food was very good to!)"

Jubilations transforms audiences from reality to the imaginary. Serving up original three-act musical comedies combined with delicious four-course meals in a unique way. It’s ‘Interactive Dinner Theatre,’ where actors and additional cast stay in character the entire time as they serve guests each course throughout the evening.
