May 2007 — "I went to the Riverbend location with a group of friends and we ordered different stuff on the menu. This was our first time trying out this restaurant and it turns out it was the best ever...It' svery hard to find good food in Edmonton, i was really satisified with the food and the waitress was awsome!! got to go back for more..."

"The Worst Customer Service - University Location"

October 2006 — "The University location has terrible service!!! I've had several problems with them (gave them a second, third and fourth chance) including making a reservation at 2 for a group of friends, showing up and being told they are closed at 2; waiting almost an hour (55 minutes to be exact) for a meal for two; slow service and poor attention to detail in general; and indifference on the part of the employees and the manager when I called to complain. I highy recommend Furusaku on Whyte Avenue. The food is much better and so is the service... albeit given the wanting service at Yokozuna University location, that isn't hard to do..."
