July 2008 — "My wife and I ate there last night. The first dish we tried was the hot and sour soup. It was cold and starting to congeal. The ginger beef was tough as were the chicken balls. I have no idea how you would make chicken balls tough but the Szechuan Castle has done it. The only vegetable dish was not fresh and nothing on the buffet was hot. The fried rice was over cooked to the point where individual grains of rice were rock hard. My wife tried a pudding from the dessert section and said it was very good. We paid $35.00 for a poor meal. We will not be back. "
