October 2009 — "What more can I say about Ric’s Grill? Appetizers good, steak good, pasta good, dessert good! With 3 locations to choose from in Edmonton (and many across Western Canada), you don’t have to look far for an excellent meal. The menu differs from place to place, as I had a delicious lobster ravioli in Calgary, but sadly wasn’t available in Edmonton. The steaks are of a good cut and trimmed well, with minimal fat and muscular tissue. The menu price is at average for the business casual dining or lounging experience. Service is always consistent with professional but non-stuffy servers. Drink specials are offered on different days of the week, as well seasonal menus are rotated throughout the year. Make sure you end the meal with a slice of ginger cake served with vanilla ice cream. It’s even better when paired with a house specialty coffee!"
