September 2009 — "Chili Club Thai House is a small little restaurant found on Electric Ave (11th Ave). The atmosphere of the restaurant creates a casual and relax dining experience for thai lovers. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes and has the option to choose the level of spiciness one desires. A traditional Tom Yum Soup was ordered followed by Shrimp Cake ($12) appetizer during my dining experience. I thought the shrimp cake appetizer was a real treat but one may find it familiar to a dim sum dish ordered at a Chinese restaurant. I definitely recommend the Green Prawn Curry ($20) for those who prefer a more mild but sweet curry dish. Definitely delicious when served on a bed of coconut rice. For those who enjoy noodles, the traditional Pad Thai ($13) dish is always an excellent choice. To top of the night, complimentary real coconut ice cream was served for dessert. "

July 2009 — "I think in Calgary, Chili Club Thai House really tops the list of Thai restaurants to dine. The restaurant is not very big, but it is big on flavors and taste. I guess because it is so small, it may be a bit easier to serve the tables and you always feel special because the servers help to make your dinner enjoyable and special to your needs and taste buds, in terms of spices. The general options are there and there is some fire in the dishes, but in a very balanced way. I enjoyed the noodles and the chicken dishes. It has some similarities to Chinese food, but there are some more “ompf” to the flavors in comparison to what I have had before. I think one of the best things is at the end of the meal, the restaurant offers a delicious coconut ice cream and wafers for a great end to a nice evening. The restaurant rates high in my books and I continue to go back for more."

May 2009 — "My co-workers and I happened to find this place after our boss came into town for a business meeting and graciously took us out for dinner. It's located in the strip mall on 11th Ave and 5th St. Upon entrance, the restaurant is very dark, I suppose to set the ambiance. We were seated very quickly though. I got a manjo fruit drink that was very good. Having never eaten anything Thai besides Pad Thai, I decided to keep it safe and ordered the most obvious dish possible. It was really good. The noodles weren't dry like I've had at other places and very flavorful. And not spicy at all, which was my biggest fear. They let you choose how hot you want it. All my co-workers enjoyed their dishes as well. The prices were fairly decent and I plan on bringing my boyfriend the next time we're in that part of town. Be careful though about their hours of operation. I recall my co-workers saying that they tried to go there for lunch once and it wasn't opened so be sure to check before you head out. "

November 2007 — "My girlfriend and I visited this cozy ten-table restaurant for dinner on a Friday night, and found it to an absolutely splendid experience. The atmosphere is very intimate, perfect for a date night.
The service was very friendly and helpful especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about traditional Thai cuisine.
The food was incredibly delicious and with a great many choices. There are spicy and also mild and medium heat dishes on the menu. We had a chicken dish and also the duck with Eggplant and I have to say I can't seem to find the right words to describe how amazing the taste was!
Great experience and I can't wait to be back!"
