February 2009 — "My husband and myself went to Wellingtons with another couple for Valentines Day 2009. The server reviewed the specials for us and told us they had a Valentine's Day special which consisted of an appetizer, a main course and a dessert for $39.00. She explained the individual prices if we were to order each dish separately and it totalled around $60.00 for the 3 courses so we all thought it was a great deal. Three of us ordered the special; the food was quite good. When the bill came, it was $306.50 for 4 people!! Turns out it cost $39.00 for the main course and they charged us $15.00 for each appetizer and $7.50 for each dessert which came to $61.50 per person! The waitress told us before we ordered that the $39.00 included everything! When we complained to the so-called manager he just said "no, it wouldn't only be $39.00" and acted like we must have not heard her correctly. We told him we all understood the same thing, but he did nothing. When 4 people all hear the same thing it's obvious she mislead us, so we were totally upset. The manager did nothing and just brushed us off as if it were our mistake and it was too bad for us, we had to suck it up. None of us will go back due to their lack of response to our situation. There are lots of other restaurants out there with good food and way better customer service!"

Wellington's offers both lunch and dinner to guests. Steaks are grilled in a glass-enclosed booth so patrons may watch. A big-screen TV is located in the lounge. The dining room is open weekdays from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Saturday from 5 pm to 11 pm and Sundays from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
