February 2010 — "If you're visiting Jasper, AB, there's a few places where you can weed out the great from the good, based on local patronage. Coco's Café is definitely one of those spots. It can be a tough squeeze to find a table, especially in the summer, but it's worth the cramped quarters to hunker down in front of one of Lynn Parcel's breakfast or lunch creations. Made with all natural, organic-when-possible ingredients, you can taste the love that's been put into Coco's since new management took over in 2008. I find it next to impossible not to order the Bal's Butter Chicken, made from scratch by Lynn, as taught to her by a group of Indian chefs she used to work with. Everything here is a "safe bet" but particularly popular are the breakfast wrap, Terryaki chicken wrap, (massive) veggie lasagna and daily soup specials. Catering to vegans and carnivores alike, Coco's also serves premium coffee—it's the only place in town where you can find Oso Negro, a delectable brew roasted in Nelson, B.C. With rotating art exhibits on the walls and a commitment to its community, Coco's is one stop not to miss when visiting Jasper. If you live there, you know it well."

March 2008 — "There are new owners of Coco's Cafe as of Oct 07' Vast improvements!! Daily changing specials, all made in-house. All organic fair-trade coffee & teas. Wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable staff!! Local Art on the walls!! Highly recommend Coco's Cafe!!"

November 2006 — "Owner was unhelpful and rude, and the "food" was microwaved from frozen and not worth the exorbitant price. Even the coffee was old! I would never go back."
