September 2009 — "I was out with friends for appetizers and decided to try out this place. The restaurant itself is a typical sports pub with lots of hockey jerseys and pictures of the eatery's namesake, Don Cherry, and some cool booths with TVs. There were no free booths available so we took a table with views of the street. I was pretty hungry so I ordered the tasters platter, which came with wings, riblets, onion rings, chips, chicken fingers and cheese sticks, which were my favorite. I chose the hot wings, which had heat but weren't too hot. I wasn't a fan of the "chips", which were actual potato chips that I thought would be French fries. Overall, I thought the service was great, our server made sure to have new drinks for us promptly and was friendly. I think I'd definitely give this restaurant another try and would sample something from the dinner or lunch menu next time. "

September 2009 — "I stopped in with friends for some munchies, and although I'm not a fan of sports pubs or hockey, this restaurant was spacious and airy and we got seated in a nice, quiet corner. There's lots of Don Cherry and general hockey memorabilia all over the restaurant and cool booths with self-controlled television screens and gaming consoles, too. We were there on a Thursday, which is their wing night, so I decided on a pound of sweet chili heat with a side of veggies and a serving of buffalo chicken strips. The wings were delicious, meaty and a great combination of heat and sweet. The chicken strips were really good, too, although I expected the serving size to be a bigger than what I got, which was three. Our server was really great, too, attentive at the right times and quick to get new drinks when we were running low. Overall, a casual spot for getting together with friends."
