December 2009 — "We just moved to Victoria, and our first order of business was to find our new favourite Indian restaurant. India Curry House is a contender, although I admit, there aren't a ton of options, especially downtown. Overall, we were very pleased with our meals, although I found my eggplant bartha to be a little too oniony for me. It was pretty much all I could taste, which is not bad, just not what I was expecting. The naan and the rice were awesome. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying a new dish! It has a really fun atmosphere."

July 2009 — "The Indian Curry House is located a block from the inner harbour in downtown Victoria. On this hot summer day, a friend and I felt like Indian food and wanted to try a place we've never been to before. We found the staff to be very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for the good service. We ordered the butter chicken, fish masala, some nan bread, and a couple drinks. Both dishes were excellent and served in timely manner. With each dish, you can decided if you prefer bread or rice. With the bill coming to about $60 (each dish was $16), and both of very full of delicious food, we both agreed we would go back and try a few other dishes. If two people ordered rice and one dish, that would probably be more than enough. There was plenty of delicious and tasty food served. Highly recommended!"
