December 2011 — "The decor of the pub was fun and very British. This second floor restaurant boasted old style wooden booths and a warm comfortable atmosphere. The service was very friendly, and being from out of town, she offered various suggestions for things for me to see. I ordered the bison burger which was thick and juicy. My friends bangers and mash were also a good choice. Overall, the food and atmosphere together with the service proved to be a fun and successful outing."

November 2007 — "I went to the Sherlock Holmes Pub at West Edmonton Mall, thinking that it would be a nice pub. The walls are filled with fun British decor. However, after the experience I had at Sherlock Holmes that day I will never go back. When my boyfriend and I arrived at the pub there was hardly any people there, but we still had to wait a while to order. Our order was pretty simple, pizza bread and a chicken caesar wrap. We then sat for over an hour waiting and watched as people who arrived significantly after us finished their meals and paid. After searching for our waitress for a while we asked her if our food would be ready soon. She said it was up next. About 10 minutes later she came out with some food for us that wasn't even close to our order! We decided to cut our loses and go somewhere else. "
