January 2012 — "I bought a coupon through dealfind. It was $35 dollars for a 4-course Mexican meal for two. The ambiance was actually pretty authentic with some interesting music too. The appetizer was just okay. The thick, grease-soaked tortilla chips seemed like the ones I ate in Mexico and the array of dips were tasty enough too. The flavour of the soup was just okay and had very little chicken in the broth. The beef and chicken that arrived on the sizzling hot plate to be used in my fajitas was cooked until it was dry, and there was very little of it. I couldn't help but compare this meal to one I had in a non-Mexican restaurants recently. Unfortunately this meal was a sad substitute. Rice pudding was the only dessert they were offering, and I decided to pass on it as I had already experienced enough disappointments. The house red for 6 or 7 bucks was okay. It was the Cabernet/Merlot blend. The servers tried to be effective, but appeared to be confused and forgetful. What can I say? Go somewhere else."
