March 2012 — "I love the food trucks we have in Calgary and try to visit them as often as I can. The noodle bus is one of my favourites because I love having a nice, steaming hot bowl of pho or a tasty noodle bowl for lunch, but I sometimes don't have the time to sit in a vietnamese restaurant and wait for my order. Noodle Bus has a selection of both noodle soups and noodle bowls that are decent, especially considering they came out of a truck. The noodles, broth and sauces themselves are great, although I've found the meat to be a not as flavourful -- it definitely doesn't taste like it's been freshly cooked but I think that's to be expected. Ordering isn't instantaneous -- you'll still have to wait for your order like you would in a restaurant, but it usually comes within five or 10 minutes. The prices are reasonable and comparable to a pho restaurant. The staff has always been very friendly and prompt. "
