May 2012 — "Fries and Dolls is one of the many food trucks that have become popular in Calgary over the last year. And I think this one is one of my favourites, mostly because of they're just really cute and funnt -- it's a bright pink 50s-style truck, the girls who work there are full of personality and sometimes dressed in costume, and the servings are cleverly labelled B-cup and d-cup. Anyway, the food! I'm actually not a huge fries person -- I usually get salad on the side at restaurants and even sometimes at McDonald's! I find them kind of boring. However, these fries are anything but boring. Thay use ingredients like truffle oil, garlic and parmesan, and even have sweet concoctions (cinnamon, cranberry) and poutine. Everything I've tried has been good. All in all, I think this is a fantastic food truck -- great branding, pleasant people, unique and tasty food options. The prices may seem steep for fries but the experience is worth it. "
