August 2010 — "Calgary finally got our own fleet of food trucks this summer and I took the liberty to try out the Alley Burger truck. Connie Desoussa from Charcut manned the truck herself in it's opening week which I must note, was very successfully busy. The truck uses social media to let customers know where it would be parked for the day, so locations changes on a daily basis. The staff was very warm and friendly and got my order out in timely manner. I've made 2 attempts to get there early enough to try the alley burger but they've always sold out before I got there. Settling for the Truck Burger instead and a side of the duck fat poutine, I was still quite satisfied on both occasions. I loaded the burger with the works and added an egg for an extra $1. The flavour of the patty was well seasoned and juicy but the duck fat poutine was hit and miss. The gravy was quite salty the first time but was phenomenal the second time. Regardless the experience is definitely worth a try."
