October 2011 — "Submission is located in Watermark Tower downtown on 5th Street and 8th Avenue SW. At lunch, the lineup is extremely long as they have developed the reputation for having the best subs downtown, and even in all of Calgary. They bake their sub buns fresh and homemade, and you can choose from different types like multigrain, baked cheese, or cheese bread with jalepeno's on top. The bread really makes the sub. They have all your usual meats, cheeses, and toppings as well as condiments. They also have a selection of salads, both vegetable and fruit, as well as some fresh baking like cookies and banana bread. They also serve a variety or beverages and coffee. They are a family owned business and are extremely friendly. The prices are comparable to that of Subway or any other mainstream sub place, but the quality of the sub is much better. Try it out! You'll love it. "
