September 2011 — "This place is decked out with bamboo, mirrors, voodoo heads, and a VIP room that has purple couches with black and white leopard print. The front of the building has large garage doors which is perfect for Summer. I sat at the bar since there was only one server/bartender during the lunch hour. I was hoping sitting at the bar would mean quicker lunch but that wasn't the case. There were already a few tables full of guys before me so I assume the cook had his hands full. I watched some sports on the tv's behind the bar while I waited for my lunch special which was about 20 minutes. I thought ordering the lunch special would speed things up but it didn't. The special was a breaded chicken ranch wrap with loaded baked potato soup. The wrap was good and what can be expected. The bowl of soup was huge and was very runny but at the bottom there were large chunks of potato, smoked bacon, green onions, and stringy melted mozza. The soup was really good and wasn't too rich. The service was good but the meal took too long. The server was sure to check up on me and keep me posted throughout the wait so that was nice. She also knew some regulars by name so that was cool. I might return to check out the live music every Thursday."
