July 2011 — "My roommate and I decided to catch a bite to eat and since patios were all quite full when we saw the Libertine which looked to be quite airy and open with their huge open windows we stopped in. The hostesses were all ready and willing to help us get a table and it was definitely a pleasant surprise to walk in and see what used to be Henry the 8th now a very modern gastro pub. The space is really neat and although the menu is somewhat "funky" we ended up having a great lunch. Our server suggested the most delicious martini I think I have ever tasted, for those of you who like lychee the white grape lychee martini is a must, but pace yourselves because it tastes like juice! Our food was even good despite the fact that I was sad to hear they had no yam fries; burger options beyond beef are always a pleasure! This new spot is a must try!! "
