April 2011 — "As we are always on the lookout for new places to go in Chestermere, we were happy see Jack's Westside Grill open up. Located in the small stripmall with Curves, Sak's Music, etc. it is tucked away in the corner by the medical office. We were tempted there with their promise of Family Wing Night every Thursday night. For only thirty cents a wing, how can you not go? Our first impression when we first walked in, was how small it was. There were only about 12 tables crammed into the small room and two of them are right beside the very warm fireplace. Apparently they have reserved the majority of their space for the pub on the other side. We also noticed the tables were not cleaned at all, and with only the one girl working during a busy night...it's no wonder. However, she was very friendly and had no problem washing it off after we brought it to her attention. There were 31 different flavors of wings to choose from. Some, we decided were probably best left alone...like the Pina Colada one. The others were interesting and varied with our favorites being the Salt and Pepper and Teriyaki Chili wings. We also ordered a veggie platter which was HUGE and came with a delicious dip. We have not tried any of the other items on the menu yet, but the wing night is good if you are looking for an inexpensive night out."
