April 2011 — "Francelli's is located in Royal Oak strip mall in Victoria. It is a local hangout for the car crowd in the City. The restaurant hosts an open car show in the mall parking lot every Saturday night during the spring and summer. Francelli's specialize in speciality coffee's and delicious lunches. This particular day we decided to enjoy one of their fabulous soups and sandwich for lunch. The restaurant's walls are covered in 10" x 12" framed photo's of the classic and hotrod vehicles that frequent the Saturday night car shows. It makes for great entertainment while enjoying your lunch. The resturant's menu is listed behind the counter on a blackboard, this also includes the coffee drinks and teas available. The sandwiches have interesting names and wonderful combinations. Some using fruit. You have your choice of buns, tortilla wraps or bread. This particular day I chose the tuna salad on toasted multi grain bread and a cafe latte. The soup special was sold out to our disappointment. My husand orderd the chicken salad on mult grain. Our sandwiches were made fresh and were made quickly. We perused the photo's while waiting. We were overwhelmed by the amount of filling in the sandwiches. Be hungry, they do not scrimp on the amount. The sandwiches were delicious. My latte was a little bitter, but acceptable. For a very satisfying lunch try Francelli's you won't be disappointed. "
