October 2011 — "For my birthday, I was taken out to a place called Fuze on Fourth, and I was initially very intrigued when I saw the menu. It looked like there was some variety and the restaurant itself looked to be quite nice. When we sat down and I had more of an opportunity to look at the menu, I was disappointed to find that fusion really mean curry-infused. That cut more than half of my options, so the dish I did settle on was really what was left. I think in theory, the theme of the dishes were fusion and had a lot to offer, but to be honest, I was pretty disappointed. We started off with the Calamari and I don’t ever know why I keep trying, because there is only one place that makes it just right for me and this is not it. For the entrée, I settled for the bison flat iron steak and it left something else to be desired. There wasn’t that much difference from a normal steak and I almost felt as if my home-cooked meal would have been a bit more satisfying. My friend had the steak sandwich and she said it was alright, but again, nothing too special. By the end of the meal, we took a quick gander at the dessert menu, but we decided to take off and go somewhere else. "
