June 2011 — "I was craving something different for lunch than my typical sandwhich. Along with some colleagues, we decided to have some Chinese food at the Teriyaki Experience. I ordered a Chicken and Rice dish, and asked for extra teriyaki sauce. The food was fresh and made before you. The rice was nice and moist as was the chicken. But really, the sauce is the secret ingredient in my eyes. I had a spring water with my order. The staff was very attentive and polite despite being extremely busy over the lunch time rush. They had a selection of other offerings including beef, vegetables, chicken and various side dishes. The portions of the meals are fairly decent, but for a few more dollars, you can choose to "Sumo Size" your meal. I opted not to go that route. This appeared to the the right choice as I was well satisfied after my meal. I would definitely go back given the craving for teriyaki and something quick."

September 2010 — "Since I was in the area and just looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat, I stopped by the Teriyaki Experience (Heritage Meadows) by Ikea in the South. I expected it to be very much like the food court ones, fast, and getting better as you watch it being cooked and made right in front of you, but to my disappointment, it felt like the actual restaurant of the chain delivers less than in the food court, in terms of food and waiting time and lack of service. I am always disappointed and a little upset when the basics – the rice is made with room for improvement. The price for the meal was alright, so I guess you pay for what you get. Everything else, is pretty consistent, but I would just hope that you would get a better experience from the restaurant, but I can only leave, shaking my head. If this is THE Teriyaki experience, I think I would be easily turned off by it. "
