September 2010 — "While my friends and I were shopping in West Edmonton Mall, I got a craving for bubble tea. When we went the first time it was very busy so we decided to come back another day. The next day, we came just as the place was opening so they didn’t have any pearls available yet and there would be a wait so I decided to get my drink without. I wish I had waited because it defeated the purpose of the drink. Nonetheless, I ordered the almond drink which was really good. It was quite efficient and when there were no pearls, they offered us a sample of the jelly they had to see if we wanted that instead. I appreciated the offer. We’ll probably be back next time we shop there, mostly because it’s so convenient. Customer service was good and prices were reasonable, its nice to have this option while shopping"
