September 2010 — "Taj Mahal is located just off of 40th Avenue and 4th Street N.W. It is an East Indian take-out and delivery restaurant. I caught a glimpse of this restaurant while driving down 4th street and decided to stop in. The restaurant itself is more or less just a counter and a small table with two chairs at the side where you can sit and wait for your meal. They had their lunch buffet advertised on a white board. One item for $5, Two for $7 and everything/anything for $10. There are three different box sizes for these. I went with the two for $7 and got butter chicken, curry beef, some rice and ordered some extra naan bread. The food smelled so good but it was a while before I got home to eat it. By then, it didn't look the greatest but was still quite tasty. The service at the restaurant was also really friendly and they have an extensive menu of items. I would definitely go back."
