August 2010 — "Pang Pang's has been in the neighborhood I grew up in for years, and while I know it has a pretty loyal following I had always thought it was mostly due to the convenience of its location. My family and I recently decided to try it out for the first time, and I am sorry to say that we have been missing out on excellent Chinese food for years! We chose a small selection of our favorites: salt and pepper squid, chow mein, lemon chicken, and dumplings all of which were made to perfection. We also tried the curry beef which was extremely tender and flavorful but no too spicy and tomato prawns, which sounded strange to me but had an excellent flavor. The prawns were big and plentiful, a dish I will remember again for next time. The service was a little slow- it was hard to get a drink re-fill and the décor is nothing to write home about but the food makes up for it and I will be back."
