June 2011 — "I had heard about this little restaurant just off 17 ave SE in Calgary. As a fan of donairs, I was still in search of a great donair joint. I decided to try this restaurant for lunch. The restaurant was quite up to date, clean and lively. There was a line up for the food, and tables to eat at for those who choose to eat in. I decided on the large beef donair to compare against another donair place I recently tried. They had a quick and efficient system for the patrons to order their food. The choice for fixings was plentiful, with the option for cheese within the donair. I have never had cheese within a donair, but for some reason I decided on it. As usual, I asked for extra sweet donari sauce, which they were happy to accommodate. I have to say that this is one of the best donairs I have had in a long time. The beef was tasty, the ingredients were fresh and the sweet sauce was excellent. I think I have found myself my preferred place for donairs. I can see why the line up. Only thing next time is that I will order a regular as I found the large size to be a bit much."
