June 2010 — "We stopped in here for a quick bite to eat, knowing that the Italian Bakery is a bit of an institution. I had a slice of their pizza (not the best bakery pizza I have ever had), and my husband had two scoops of their famous gelatto. Wow, that gelatto is fantastic. It's made in-house and you can really tell what a difference that makes, as it was some of the best I have had. I look forward to coming back for more on a hot day."

Inside, guests can expect in-house made breads and treats as well as espresso-based drinks. A variety of Italian products are also available, include gelato. In operation by the same family since 1978, this establishment is a local institution.
