February 2010 — "This is my favourite place to eat. I love the atmosphere, I love the service. I love the food. I love the small plates idea; we all share and try everything that way. I even kind of like waiting in line, because I can just sneak next door to the art gallery for a minute. It is such a classy place, and if you do it right, you can make it super affordable as well. Though it is way more fun to get the sparkling water, wine, cheese plate, and second round of Langos bread. Stage has the best edamame I have ever had, and I also love their braised winter greens with goat cheese. My favourite thing about Stage, though, is their gorgeous cheese selection. Oh wow."

Located in a hundred-year-old building in the Fernwood neighbourhood, Stage is a wine bar with a tapas menu with dishes that are perfect for sharing with friends. It features an extensive, wine list, cocktail menu, cheese list as well. Local foods are favoured on the menu.
