November 2009 — "It was a sunny day and I heard the music as I walked up to the hotel; I was meeting my wife there after spending time birding in the area. The musician had a guitar player and fiddler; she had a fabulous voice and was apparently from the area. Since I sat down, I decided to have a Breakfast Burrito ($8) with my beer even though it was the afternoon. It was very delicious and I enjoyed it while I watched the passerby's and listened to great vocals. It was a covered patio - good to protect from the sun. The server was busy but did a good job and the setting was intimate. Even though we were quite close it wasn't too loud and we were able to talk once in awhile. Everyone had a terrific seat. Bisbee is a place filled with character - we even watched the local bikers zoom by, packing their guns and waving to the singer...definitely on the list of 'to-do's' when I return to Bisbee. "
