February 2010 — "Pearl's House is conveniently located in the Dragon City mall. If you're ever in Chinatown, this is a great stop to get your bubble tea. The prices are very reasonable for bubble tea or even your regular caffeinated drinks from Seattle's Best Coffee. The prices are usually between 3 and 5 dollars. I've been here a few times and tried out the fresh mango bubble tea, green tea with milk, and red bean slush. These were all pretty good. They were cold and the pearls were a perfect texture and softness. I often ask for them to put less pearls, which I find to be the perfect amount. I find that in their normal serving of pearls, there's just way too many and you're constantly having to chew on these things. Anyhow, this place has decent quality and very fast service. I highly recommend this place because it's convenient and well priced."
