April 2010 — "A group of us went to the Stadium location for a family dinner. I had never been to this restaurant before and was surprised at the great selection of entrees. We were seated at a large table pretty close to the door, which was a little cramped, but at least we were sitting... there was a long line of people wanting to get in. Our server took our drink order right away, which was convenient. For dinner I decided to dine on the Forno Roasted Double Cut Pork Chop. I'm not one to order pork at a restaurant, so this was a change for me. It was served with your choice of two sides so I chose dill and honey roasted golden beets and carrots and the buttermilk mashed potatoes. My pork chop was delicious and so were the accompaniments. I will definitely return to this restaurant to try something else sometime soon."

The atmosphere at Redwater can best be described as upscale casual with a decor that is at once classic and yet contemporary. This theme is carried through to the menu. Dishes could include rack of lamb, New York striplon, Portabello goat cheese ravioli and a host of other robust offerings. A comprehensive wine list is also featured.
