March 2012 — "The Pacini Italian restaurant in Calgary is located just north of the airport. It served as a great spot to enjoy breakfast during a three-hour lay over. They offer a grand breakfast buffet for about $20 but I chose from the menu instead. I had the Fritatta Calabrese served with hash browns, orange slices, and a shot of their vitality smoothie. Any meal also comes with an all-you-can-eat bread bar. They have some great breads, including foccacia, plain, brown, and raisin bread. Customers can butter their bread and then toast it on the large, open grill. The raisin bread is best buttered and then toasted. The Fritatta was also very healthy and fluffy. It's made with vegetables and Italian sausage. The restaurant is co-located with a hotel so parking is free and ample. Service is also friendly with the chef checking up on customers. The interior is well lit and clean. I recommend it for any meal."

May 2011 — "When you walk in, the hostess station is surrounded by high quality Italian olive oils, biscotti, etc to purchase and take home. It took a few minutes for the hostess to show up and seat us but once she did, we attacked the buffet brunch for $19.99. It had hashbrowns, eggs, omelette station, boneless blackened pork chops, grilled chicken breast with a rose sauce, waffles, french toast, fruit, cakes, brownies, mushrooms in balsamic vinaigrette dressing, shrimp and grilled zucchini. My favorite was the huge grill they have where you can make your own toast from three kinds of bread and 3 kinds of butter, jam, etc. I put a porkchop on my garlic toast and it was awesome. The chicken and rose sauce was also a fav. My favorite cake was a white cake, white dressing and a grilled pineapple on top. The buffet also comes with a selection of Italian coffees and juice.
The decor was contemporary and the restaurant is huge. The seats were very soft and comfortable. Our server was amazing enough to offer to hold our new born baby so we could eat. We were her only table as it was the tail end of the brunch and she happens to love babies.

December 2010 — "What a great Italian restaurant! Pacini claims to have taken the passion of Italy and brought it to Calgary. After sampling their beautiful breakfast and superb bread bar, I agree. Ingredients are fresh, flavourful and result in excellent creations. I had the vegetable pesto frittata for breakfast. It was both fluffy and filling. The most intriguing part of the meal was the complimentary all-you-can-eat bread bar. With an array of breads and myriad spreads, it was a welcome respite from salad bars. There are various flavours of butter and many types of oils with which to soak your bread. One can easily feast on bread without even touching the main course. The restaurant is open and bright. Service is very good with their attentive staff. Parking is also a breeze. Though I have not yet tried lunch or dinner, I definitely intend to go back. Breakfast for two people with coffees was only $30 after tax, very reasonable. Pacini comes with a strong recommendation."
