February 2011 — "Mucho Burrito is a newer Mexican chain of restaurants opening in and around Western Canada as well as a small handful of locations in the United States. Their website promises the freshest and best tasting Mexican experience you ever tasted. I can vouch for the statement because it's pretty close. Their menu offers the typical Mexican cuisine which includes burritos, tacos, and nachos all topped with fresh meat and ingredients. You have a choice of meats including chicken, beef, pork, and carne asada (chopped sirloin steak.) Your choice of burrito, taco, or nachos is then topped with a fresh selection of Mexican food stapes such as rice, beans, and an assortment of other veggies. It reminded me a little bit of a Mexican twist on a Subway sandwich. Most of the ingredients are very healthy and the meat is identifiable. Price is a bit high at around $8 or 9 for a wrap or 2 tacos. But the food is very filling, fresh, and healthy. I'm looking forward to more locations opening up in Calgary."

January 2010 — "We visited the location in Beacon Hill. We were a little disappointed because we hadn't read these reviews and from the website it looked like an actual restaurant, rather than a fast-food style restaurant. However once we got over that shock the service and the food was great. The large meat Quesadilla was awesome. The tacos were also tasty. My husband and I shared the beef. They also have kids value meals which is nice and the cookies for dessert with any combo which were warm and so good! The only thing I didn't like was the guacamole. It was probably the worst I've ever tasted and wasn't worth the extra dollar. Salsa was tasty, but beware of the hot. It's pretty spicy, and the mild is very mild. We mixed a little of each together."

December 2009 — "My friends and I went here on the weekend at their location in Quarry Park (SE Calgary) to try out the supposedly amazing tacos that they had. After the very friendly lady explained how it worked, I ordered the 3 tacos combo for $8.99 I had one tilapia fish, one beef, and one chicken taco. Each taco comes in a either a hard or soft shell with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, I suppose all the typical dressings of a taco. They also have your choice of various salsas in different levels of hotness. I opted for the mild and the beef taco was my favorite. It was moist and very tasteful. I wasn’t too fond of the fish however, but the chicken was alright. I liked that it was relatively healthy and inexpensive. They also give you the option of adding a drink and 2 cookies on as well for approx 2 dollars more. I think we’ll drop by again if we’re in the area."

December 2009 — "I tried out the Mucho Burrito in the new Quarry Park mall with a few friends one evening. This is a nicely decorated, fast food style restaurant, where you order at the till. They have a selection of different burritos, hard and soft tacos, as well as quesadillas. You can get pretty massive burrito there that can satisfy even the biggest appetites. I ordered three of their soft shell tacos. You can select from a bunch of different meats, including pork, beef, chicken, and fish. Their fish tacos are really good. The other meats are great as well and they are not dry at all. The ingredients are also very fresh. I think everything could be better if the sauces and topics weren't as cold. The coldness throws off the overall taste and experience of the taco itself. Other than that, this place is really good. The service is quick and friendly. I would definitely come back and recommend Mucho Burrito."

A franchise specializing in Mexican cuisine, Mucho Burrito serves fresh food made fast. Their burritos are a highlight, coming in three different sizes and a choice of white or whole wheat tortilla, coming with cilantro lime rice, beans, meat, salsa, cheese or sour cream.
