December 2009 — "This location has been a few different restaurants over the years, and is in a prime downtown location (no punn intended!). I think this is the best use of the location, where the ambiance is great. It is very tastefully decorated, and the service is outstanding. I was here for lunch and my meal left me wanting to tell everyone about how great my steak salad was. The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the salad itself had a great dressing and mix of fresh crunch. I also had a lobster bisque to start and was equally impressed, where someone I was with had baked potato soup and it was even better. For desert I had apple pie, and the inhouse pastry chef did an excellent job. The only thing I was wondering while I was there was why it was so empty, we were a large table, but I don't think there was anyone else in there for lunch. This makes me wonder if there have been less pleasurable experiences than I had? I will certainly return again, as I expect the dinner menu to be outstanding if a salad is so well done..."

Guests can visit for lunch or dinner and partake of the large menu with items like lobster bisque, prawn cocktail, lamb chops and lobster tail. Of course they also have a comprehensive meat program featuring steaks from High River, Alberta. Choose from dry aged bone-in New York steak, porterhouse, rib eye, filet mignon and baseball sirloin.
