January 2011 — "We living in cochrane and we heard they change ownership on Oct,2010. therefore, we go there try again on jan. we found food is best and service is so good. Fish is crisp and food taste good. everyone can go there try. After this, we usually order take out. so good.!!!!"

September 2010 — "We drove around aimlessly on a recent trip to Cochrane to find something to eat around 330pm on a weekday. There weren't that many choices besides fast food chains, Boston Pizza or some shady looking pubs. For some insane reason we chose to eat at Joey's Only. I am allergic to shellfish so I shouldn't have eaten there in the first place, but they serve rotisserie chicken and ribs too. When we entered it was like a cafeteria setup, but the waitress seated us. We were the only ones there, which wasn't too surprising since it was 330pm. I chose to get the half rack rib special which came with two sides - I chose coleslaw and garlic potatoes. I accompanied this with an iced tea. The ribs came and they were nothing wonderful, the potatoes were smothered in butter and garlic to the extent where it was disgusting, the coleslaw was at least a few days old and the corn bread crumbled to smithereens when i tried to take a bite. I choked back the ribs, but I couldn't eat anything else. My wife had two pieces of fish with popcorn shrimp. She ate hungrily at first, but then started to feel ill since it was so greasy. I felt like I was having an allergic reaction so took some benadryl. So I will definitely not be back to this overpriced (ribs $13), greasy establishment. The server was okay, but how could she not be, we were the only table there. The only good part was my iced tea. "
