October 2009 — "Bun Bo Hue Deli is tucked away in the Little Saigon strip mall located off of 17th Avenue SE. This place is an absolute treat and definitely worth visiting on the weekends. Living nearby, I usually come by on odd weekends to grab some bun bo hue to go. You can dine in as well and it's only $5 for a big bowl of authentic noodles. But I prefer to bring my own big pot and have them fill it up. It is very common for people to bring their own pots for pick up. For $20, you can get a big pot filled up and they supply you with all the noodles, meat, and condiments to go with it. I usually add up to another litre of water into the pot and boil it at home since the take-out dish tends to be more concentrated for some reason. It's equally delicious and is enough to feed a family of 6."
