August 2010 — "Perhaps we are the fortunate ones but my fiancee and I have eaten at the Airdrie Brewsters a great many times since we moved to Airdrie last year. We have always had fantastic service, the food has almost always been spot on and the one time that the order was mixed up (a very minor mixup at that) the server bent over sideways to make sure she had made up for the gaffe.
I thoroughly enjoy their selection of micro brews and especially their seasonal beers. We had their Chocolate Stout this spring when it first came out and it was fantastic. Apparently a lot of others felt the same way as they sold out the entire season worth of it in about a month!
I love the ambiance of this place. We really enjoy sitting on the lounge side when there is a big sports event, especially Flames and Stampeder games as the place really tries to get into the spirit of those events."

June 2010 — "My family recently decided we would attend Brewsters to celebrate my birthday along with my nephew's birthday - there were 8 of us. We were seated within 15 minutes and brought drinks within 15 minutes. We ordered our meal right away - we waited 1hour and 15 minutes and decided to ask approximately when we might be getting our meals as we had a 9 month old with us and we weren't too sure how much longer she could wait. Our waitress was courteous and adivsed us that the kitchen was slammed - well, there were a lot of empty tables, it was a monday night and we arrived at 7:00 p.m. - not exactly a rush dinner hour. We did finally get our meals one at a time within the next 20 minutes. What amazed us was when we ordered my daughter advised the waitress that she had an allergy to seafood and wondered if they could be carefull with what she was going to order as she was worried about possible seafood contamination. She was told that even if she ordered a salad they could not guarantee that it would not be contaminated.
Had we known our meal would be that long we would have left. Tacky I would say. Too bad. We will find another place to celebrate our many gatherings from now on."

November 2009 — "I had taken my daughter for her fifth birthday supper with family to Brewsters in Airdrie. I had heard mixed reviews about it from friends, but thought I would give it a try myself! I was excited to try a new 'upscale' restaurant in Airdrie. It's about time we have something new here in this city. When we were all seated at our reserved table we had ordered our drinks and food. Service was fast, drinks were great, but when I got my $17 plate of food I was extremely disappointed. It's tough to find a good restaurant that uses everything fresh. My chicken tasted processed, almost fake. My 'sweet mashed potatoes' weren't sweet potatoes at all. They tasted like regular potatoes with overload of disgusting spices in them. The mushrooms were clearly canned. And the large cut vegetables seem like a filler to make up for space on the plate. After we all finished our meals, we had ordered desserts. And of course the birthday girl, which clearly was the birthday girl! With her hat on, birthday presents everywhere, we had received our desserts, almost 45 minutes later. They didnt even sing for her!!!! Every restaurant I have been to has ALWAYS sung happy birthday! Thats almost the whole reason why we go out to a restaurant for a child on her birthday! They get sung to!!!! Anyways, when the bill came, it was disappointing. Bad service, bad food, overpriced. I will never recommend this restaurant or ever eat there again. Big disappointment. "

October 2009 — "I recently visited Brewster's in Airdrie AB, and have mixed feelings about the experience. I tried to make a reservation for a fairly large group but was unable to as they do not take reservation's for Friday or Saturday. Instead we went early but still waited over an hour and a half for a table. Once we did sit down we got our drinks fairly quickly, but waited almost an hour for our appetizers. I shared the calamari with a friend and it was excellent. Very fresh and the sauce had a bit of curry spice which went very nicely, and was not something I had seen before. Our main course did not take as long, but one of our guests did not receive their meal and we had to go back and ask. It came out fifteen minutes later and their excuse was that it was in the back, they just forgot about it.... Despite the minor mix up everyone agreed their meal were excellent. I had the Sesame Salmon filet and was very impressed by the freshness and flavour of the dish. A little hot with the wasabi, but not too much to stand. I would also suggest trying their raspberry ale, it come with fresh raspberry's and is very refreshing."

October 2009 — "Brewster’s has just opened up on the North side. in Airdrie. It is an upscale pub, with a capacity of over 120 people. It was very busy each time we have been there. My husband and I had dinner with my sister in law and her boyfriend. They had made a reservation and arrived before us. We were seated at a table for four in the middle of the dining room side of the Pub. The decor is very upscale with wooden tables and wine racks with metallic accents. The pendant lights are beautiful and look like hand-blown multicoloured glass. The waitress was dressed all in black and came to take our orders quickly. I ordered the chicken strips with a Caesar salad and iced tea. My husband had butter chicken and a beer. While we waited for our meals, we noticed that the restaurant was very full and very loud. There was only standing room in the bar side and all of the tables were full on the restaurant side. There was music playing, but the voices of the patrons far outweighed it. When our food arrived, everything was as we had ordered and was very good. I did visit the restroom, which is very clean with modern fixtures. Our total bill came to $41.76 not including tip. Overall, the dining experience at Brewster’s Airdrie was very nice and we would defiantly go back for dinner or a few drinks with friends. "
