November 2009 — "We come here for a dose of the flavors of France and its relaxed yet elegant little brasseries. Here you can find traditional French dishes – cassoulet, escargots, onion soup and ps. We love the mussels with Dijon mustard, crème fraîche and muscadet and the oysters with a red wine reduction. Proscuitto wrapped scallops with rosemary is a new favorite starter. Dinner selections can be ordered à la carte or as entrées. Our selections have consistently been delicious and well prepared. Service can be brisk when it’s buzzing and the waiters usually have a sense of humor. Even the cozy small scale interior reminds us of many French brasseries we’ve enjoyed. We recently discovered there’s no excuse for denying ourselves the crème brûlée - it can be ordered as a baby brûlée! "

September 2008 — "I had a wonderful meal last night (September 28, 2008) at Fleur. My date and I enjoyed (read: devoured) a seafood platter from which we were hard-pressed to decide our favourite; the mussels, the unbeleivably fresh oysters, the seared tuna (encrusted in crushed wasabi peas) or the grilled shrimp. Each had its own distinct flavour, and yet, as a whole it went very well together.
As far as service etc. went, I can only say that our experience was outstanding. Attentive, courteous, and amusing - those words aptly described the staff. I'll be back.
