March 2010 — "Wow, I can't believe someone could give a fast food restaurant a 9+ score (see below). Anyway... I go to Edo occasionally, and for the most part I'm satisfied (I mostly pick Edo for fast food because it isn't as fatty and greasy as other fast food chains). However, in the past 6-8 months I've had to ask the cook to re-plate my food, on two different occasions, because of potential food contamination. Both times the cook handled raw chicken with his utensil immediately before picking up my cooked beef with the same utensil. The first time, the cook made excuses, the second he apologized (different cooks). I'm not sure if other people have seen or care about this, but to me, it's food prep 101. And it's a no-no."

September 2009 — "You can always count on Edo to give you a good plate of Chicken Yakisoba at the mall and this time, it wasn't any different. With their no-nonsense service, they took my order very quickly and proceeded with my order very quickly. I can see how efficient they are which only makes me happier because I get my food faster...they got 3 orders in a row with chicken (although some with noodles and some with rice) and cook all the chicken on the grill in front of you at the same time. They piled on the vegetables and chicken and added their yummy teriyaki sauce. I like their food because it's freshly made (or heated any ways) whereas the other places, the food sits there for who knows how long."
