September 2009 — "Although my first impressions were not good about this place based on how it looks on the outside and inside, I ended up really liking the food, especially how much I got for the price I paid. The quality of the food wasn't sacrificed, either, I found everything tasted pretty good and was really impressed at the portion sizes. My plate was almost overflowing.
I decided on a combination plate, which came with pineapple chicken balls, sweet and sour chicken balls, chow mein, beef with veggies, fried rice and an egg roll. Our server was quick and we had our food really quickly, but we got there around 4pm, so just early enough to miss the rush that came in as we were leaving. Lots of people were in and out picking up orders to go, but the tables were filling up fast, too. I'd definitely go back if I'm in the area. "

September 2009 — "Friends suggested we stop into this restaurant as it was one of their favorites in town. At first appearances, I was expecting the worse, but as it turned out, the food was pretty decent and was great value for the amount of food we got. The decor is tacky to say the least, but they insisted I would like the food. The restaurant is family-run with only one server, but she was really prompt and attentive. I decided on a combination plate with fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls and an egg roll. The selections are definitely more Canadian-style Chinese, but satisfying nonetheless. I was really impressed with how much food I got and couldn't finish it. I'm not sure if I'd eat-in again but it's definitely a good option for take-out. We arrived just before the dinner rush, and by the time we left about 3/4 of the tables were filled. Good value for the big portions. "
