July 2009 — "I have lived in Edmonton my entire life, that might only be 27 years, but I think I can be trusted as a fair critic when it comes to restaurants in my hometown. In July, I went to Thanh Thanh Oriental Noodle House and had the best Vietnamese food I can honestly say I've ever had. My boyfriend and I ordered the coconut curry chicken, ginger beef and cashew chicken and two vietnamese coffees. We placed our order and I would say within 10 minutes our first dish was out and shortly after the other two arrived. I was extremely impressed with how quickly our food was ready. Once we started eating, I doubt we uttered two words to each other inbetween our yums. The coconut curry chicken was moist and full of flavor and the ginger beed was zesty and filling. My boyfriend barely let me touch the cashew chicken because he wanted it all to himself. The portion sizes were very generous and in the end our bill came to just over 50 dollars. Not bad, considering we had enough food left over for lunches for the both of us and dinner the next night. "
