June 2009 — "I had never really noticed this place before. Years of driving past it and seeing the big 'Dairy Queen' sign next door, I had never really thought that this place would be any good. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. I decided to walk over one day on my lunch break and give this place a try. It was packed! There was a long line of uniformed guys ordering everything from subs to soups, to full dinner plates. I decided to try one of their subs (because of the name of the place) and really enjoyed it. Now I won't say that this was the best I've ever had in Calgary, but it was tasty and worth it. Staff was friendly, it looked like there were a lot of regular customers with a good relationship established. I will go back and try something different next time."

One of the few Vietnamese sub sandwich outlets in the Northwest, this restaurant does not disappoint. Each sub sandwich is served with a choice of meat or tofu, chopped peanuts, cilantro, shredded-pickled carrots and hot peppers--all served in a crusty French roll. Other menu items include pho (vermicelli noodle soup), spring rolls, stir fried noodle dishes and more.
