August 2010 — "I was working near the end of the downtown station on , by the science centre and just decided to try out this place for some quick sushi. It looks like a fast food place and I guess it is meant to be, but their food is made to order, which is pretty good. I ordered their pizza sushi and though I had to wait a bit, it was a very interesting dish that I don't think I have had anywhere else. The sushi rice was pretty much fried or pan fried, but it wasn't all that greasy, but instead, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the crispiness of the rice and the texture it had because it was very consistent (there weren't clumps of rice or some parts that were harder as I would have expected) and had a nice bite to it. On top of the rice there were some strips of salmon and raw fish with some sauce on top. Even though it says that it is some spicy sauce, it was more tomatoey appetizing than anything else. I would definitely order this again and maybe try some other things next time. "

"Unbelievable Rolls"

March 2010 — "Tucked underneath the apartment complex on 10th Street, the sushi rolls at Sushi and Co are unibelievable in terms of taste and price. Easily one of the best "low key" sushi establishments in Calgary, their beef tataki, spicy tuna roll, or Yammy Crunch roll are very tasty and far more affordable then dining out at a high end sush restaurant for $40 dollars a person. Affordable sushi with taste that is on par with the elite sushi restearaunts in Calgary, go check it out if you are looking for quick and easy take out. "

January 2010 — "The title says it all, this place is awesome. It's very small, with only one table, obviously designed for takeout. My personal favourite is the Yam Tempura roll. The tempura is wrapped in a sushi roll, much like what you'd see at Sumo, just much larger. The sauce that's drizzled over top of the warm tempura roll is sweeter than other tempura, and my personal favourite. The nigiri sushi is unique because they use a small bit of wasabi to stick the fish to the rice. Almost all of the rolls are pretty large, which is good considering the price is about par for and actual sushi place. Everything is very well prepared. The place doesn't look like much, but the sushi is hands down the best I've ever had. "

September 2009 — "Wanted a quick sushi lunch from somewhere close to my office and Sushi & co was the first place I found. It is very tiny and does take out orders only. Service was friendly and my lunch was ready very quickly.
I ordered the Chicken teriyaki lunch combo. It contained miso soup, salad, a scoop of teriyaki chicken, 8 pieces of california roll and one each of tuna, salmon and shrimp nigiri. For $9 it was good value, but unfortunately, it wasn't really tasty. Soup and salad were fine, but the sushi tasted a bit off. The avocado in the california roll was tough and rubbery. The teriyaki chicken contained a lot of cabbage and I thought it would come with a bit of rice, but there wasn't any.
This is an okay place for a quick lunch if you are already in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. "
