February 2011 — "If you ever find yourself off in NE area of the City, you should stop by the Montery Plaza at visit TNK Vietnamese Restaurant. They offer very spacious and clean seating areas and service is always very fast. I was seeking this place out because they offer Vietnamese Beef Wraps, were you get a plate of grilled beef, vegetables and vermicelli and you can make your own wraps. For about 12 dollars you can get filled up pretty fast. Not many places offer this dish, so I would recommend a visit if you want to eat this. They also offer the usual noodle soups, which are on par with other places. The pho is served hot and in good portions, the prices are lower than what you would find at noodle houses in Forest Lawn or Chinatown so its worth a visit if you are in the area. For those living in Chestermere, it’s a great option for Vietnamese food without having to go to far into the City."

December 2010 — "A girlfriend and I dropped by here after having a hankering for some beef wraps. After calling our Vietnamese friend and asking for recommendations, we eventually found this discrete restaurant within a strip mall. And boy are we glad we found it! The only time we ever get Vietnamese beef wraps is when our friend decides to make them. Well, we are at his mercy no more! Once you place the order, they bring you a platter of freshly cooked meats such as charbroiled pork, shrimp, meatballs. This is to be put into a rice wrap with vermicelli which is a thin noodle and dipped into sauce. It`s like making your own tortilla, Asian style. I think it was 10 wraps for $12 and at first, I thought it wouldn`t be enough food. I was wrong. I got full towards the end and I think I actually had 2 wraps left over that I forced my friend to eat. I think this will be our beef wrap go to place from now on!"

June 2009 — "This little neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant just opened recently. I decided to check it out with my family. The inside is decorated quite nicely and the service is really friendly. The menu had a great selection of items. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share. Among these were the thin vermicelli wraps that came with grilled minced beef "la lop", charbroiled shrimp paste and pork meat ball. Now this might all sound a little funky. The dish came with a bunch of individual rice paper (wraps), some vermicelli on the side with a selection of greens, and 3 different types of meat. What you do is make the wrap yourself by putting the ingredients that you want into the rice paper and rolling it up. This was a fun and unique experience. We also ordered the fish simmered in clay hot pot dish to share, a dish that I highly recommend! All in all, we had a great time and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone."

This pho restaurant has a good selection of vermicelli and rice dishes as well as hot pots. Their roll-your-own salad rolls are a favourite.
