September 2010 — "My friends and I decided to stop here for lunch after a long day of shopping. We had had a lot of fast food and felt like something more homey and nothing says homey like a big of pho. Ironic how I decided to go with a rice dish instead. I ordered the broken rice dish with the charbroiled pork and the baked egg. It was cheap for $10 and quite good. The rice was a little harder than I’m used to but the really weird thing I found was that the sauce that they give you to pour over your rice was very fishy smelling. I’ve had fish sauce before so it’s not like I’m really picky about that but it was really pungent. And it was very salty, I’m not sure I was a really big fan of it. Overall, the service there was decent too, nothing to really speak of so not great but not bad. I guess for a place to just get a good meal for a good price, it was not bad but it’s not a place I’d be heading to any time I go to Edmonton unless you were looking for convenience in the mall. "

August 2009 — "It is a nice, clean Vietnamese place. The menu is full with typical Vietnamese food. The prices are decent for the amount that you get. I was very much happy with the quick service and the food. However, last time I went, the vermicelli bowl that I ordered had half vermicelli and half salad. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I do believe though that was a mistake. I would return again because of the food quality and the quick service. "

July 2009 — "My Friends and I went to Edmonton to visit another friend last weekend. It was really cold and raining out that day so we decided to go for a hot bowl of Vietnamese noddles. Unfortunately for me, I'm not a big fan so I ordered a rice dish instead. Initial review of the menu showed a lot of variety and really decent pricing! I ordered the rice dish with charbroiled pork, spring rolls, and beef. It was pretty good but I would have to say the best part was the pricing. It was XX but that's not the kicker it's the fact that all that the food came with wonton noodle soup as a starter! How great is that? It was a complete meal at such a reasonable price, I was very impressed. The service was decent, the food was prompt and they quickly accommodate our large group. and of course, the food itself was good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but at that price, we will definitely go there again next time I am there."
