October 2010 — "I had not eaten at Nathan's in years, but a friend and I were looking for a lunch spot in a mutually convenient location and decided to try Nathan's. It is advertised as being under new management and is now calling itself a "Tikka Haus". We had no problem getting a seat, and our server wasn't very friendly. She did bring our drinks and we decided to do the Indian buffet. We could have ordered off the menu, but I couldn't really imagine eating something else while all I could smell was Indian food. We grabbed some plates and made our way down the buffet. It contained the typical Westernized Indian buffet fare: samosas, pakora, butter chicken, naan bread and curry. The food was okay but nothing to write home about. The decor is dated and the tables felt haphazardly positioned and too close together (maybe to make room for the buffet?). The food was alright, I suppose, but the service was mediocre at best. "
