November 2011 — "While in Banff for one of my son's hockey tournaments, the team decided to have a meal at the Boston Pizza. We called advance to ensure that they could accommodate our group of approximately 50 people. It was not a problem. When we all arrived, their was a section and row tables ready to go. The assortment of pizzas were also pre-ordered so we didn't have to deal with a bunch of whining and hungry kids. The server had pitchers of lemonade ready to go for the kids, along with pitchers of beer for the adults. It was well orchastrated and clear that the restaurant had catered to large groups in the past. Once the pizzas were done, the restaurant was also ready with ice cream sundaes for each of the kids. We were quite impressed with the way the staff handled everyone (including a bunch of loud and hyper children). The pizza was also quite good and seemed to statisfy everyone's appetite. With a large group, this is definitely a place that you will want to consider."

March 2010 — "After reading the first review, our family was a bit worried about going to this restaurant. We enjoy eating at Boston Pizza and have had very few negative experiences.
We most recently dined at Boston Pizza Banff on March 12, 2010. All we can say, is WOW!! The attention to detail, the warm atmosphere, the cleanliness and the marvelous food was above any other restaurant we have eaten at, including other Boston Pizzas.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted in a very attentive and warm manner. They could see that we had quite a busy three year old and quickly seated us and began to attend to our needs.
All of the staff, including our server, the other server near our table, and the manager, all stopped by to do checks in on our food quality and had that manner that made us feel like we were truly guests, rather than customers.
The timing of our server was unbelievable:) she was so quick to anticipate our needs and satisfy them.
We come out to Banff a lot and ALWAYS make this a stop on our travels. We have dined at a number of other establishments but have not found the quality and value, we find at Boston Pizza Banff!
We will be back at the end of May, so save us a seat.
This restaurant is highly recommended by our family."

July 2009 — "I have to say - with a 4 year old - we eat at Boston Pizza alot! Its usually pretty good, loud, reasonably priced and quick! But this past Sunday, we were totally disappointed!
We found our selves in Banff for the day, and had 4 hungry tired kids...so it seemed like a good choice!
We stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign for quite awhile...then after practically seating our selves, having to ask numerous times for colouring stuff and finally giving up and grabbing some our selves! We placed our drink order and waited over 20 mins for our drinks. And even longer for our food! We at the time were the only people in the restaurant so we asked if they could turn one of the many, many flat screen tv's to treehouse to keep the kids quite. No such luck - with attitude from the server no less?
The meal was ok, I shared a pizza with my wife and brother, but seriously - the waiting, lack of service and overall experience is just one that I don't plan on repeating again anytime soon!

DescriptionThe Boston Pizza is Banff is part of a national chain of restaurants. They are known for their large, varied menu that goes beyond just pizza. Bake salmon filet, Angus beef, gourmet pastas and sandwiches are served. As for pizzas, the selection is huge, ranging from classic combinations--like pepperoni and mushroom--to BP original creations, such as the Spicy Perogy, which features potatoes, smoky bacon and cheddar.
