July 2009 — "This is a good place to stop and take a break from the heavy traffic on the QEII highway. Just recently we stopped in for lunch and a coffee on our way back from Calgary. The menu is full of choices and there is something for everyone. They have a good kid's menu selection as well as smaller sized meal portions for most of their entrees. I chose the turkey dinner but in the smaller sized plate and even then it was a good sized meal to tackle. I had turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and fresh beans. The meal also came with a side salad. At $9.95 I was happy with the meal and the price. The service was a little slow that day but we weren't in a hurry and the waitress was very pleasant. The restaurant is spotless and the coffee endless - what more could a traveler ask for."
