January 2010 — "Sunny's is my family's favourite burger place! It's low key, and not incredibly well known by many Calgarian's but it has a loyal group of customers. The food is fantastic and worth much more than the asking price. Wonderful place for great food and service! I absolutely recommend checking it out. "

June 2009 — "Located on Ogden Road, this quaint burger joint is one I’ve driven by many times before. Last week I decided I would finally give it a try. The restaurant is built on the bottom level of an old house with the owners (and operators) living upstairs. A large hand painted sign outside advertises burgers, shakes and fries, and draws you in with it’s small town charm. The interior decor is bright but modest. Here it is all about the food. I ordered the Texas burger with cheese and bacon and a large poutine and drink. I couldn’t believe my ears when my tab came to less than ten dollars. I was even more surprised when I saw the size of my order as the food arrived. The Texas burger was huge and complete with all the fixing's and my poutine took up a large plate. Everything was fresh, made to order and fast. This little hole in the wall, was a pleasant surprise and I know I will be going back soon. "
