May 2009 — "I went to Good Earth Café in Lethbridge for lunch on a Friday. This location of Good Earth just opened so the décor of the establishment was very clean and fresh. We arrived right at noon on Friday thinking that it would be extremely busy, but it was not. For lunch I had a grilled panini sandwich. The sandwich was made with smoked turkey, white cheese, apple, and some sort of rhubarb chutney which was very tasty. The sandwich also had lettuce on it which did not really “survive” the grilling process so I would ask for no lettuce next time. With lunch I also had a café latte. The latte was very good and I really enjoyed the flavour of it. The price for lunch was a little bit higher than I expected, but the quality was good. It was nice to enjoy a “healthy” lunch that was quick, rather than that of the “fast food” variety. Overall, I was happy with my experience at Good Earth Café and I will likely go back."
