March 2009 — "I had heard that this place on the north hill was recently renovated so I decided to stop in for lunch and check it out. Ashley's has a daily lunch buffet so the place was crowded with diners. We managed to find a table and our waitress was there in no time to get our drinks and take our orders. The buffet looked as though it had a wide range of dishes and the majority of diners were making their way up to the buffet. We decided that we weren't that hungry and just ordered BLTs. They were very nice - crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, tasty bacon and the bread toasted just right. Our order arrived at our table in record time. Ashley's is very nicely decorated now and spotlessly clean. The prices are reasonable and the service good. They also welcome families with children which is nice to know."
